Do you require a deposit, and when is the remaining balance due?
Yes! We just ask for a 25% deposit to lock in your water slide, and the remaining balance isn't due until 48 hours before your delivery date. Plans change, so your deposit is fully refundable up to two weeks before delivery, and it's always applied toward your total balance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Yes! We make it easy — we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and AfterPay. Checks are also welcome for corporate, church, and school events.
What happens if it rains or I need to reschedule the day of my event?
We keep a close eye on the forecast and will gladly work with you to reschedule at no extra charge if weather isn't cooperating on your event day.
How long is the rental period?
You'll get the water slide for the entire day so everyone has plenty of time to enjoy it! We also offer free next-day pickup, so there's no need to rush the cleanup after your event.
Are your water slides cleaned and sanitized between rentals?
Yes! Every water slide is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental using OdoBan Eucalyptus disinfectant along with a mild, eco-friendly soap (Seventh Generation Free & Clear) and warm water.
How far in advance should I book my rental?
Popular dates fill up fast, especially on weekends and during peak season, so we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead to lock in your date and preferred equipment.
